We got a free upgrade to a pool suite. Room and service was fantastic, also dinner and breakfast were great. The roti pisang (banana pancakes) prepared at the breakfast are delicious!

We were thrilled and very satisfied with our stay. All the people are great and the facilities were wonderful. If we have to say one thing, there were a few days of renovation that were a bit disturbing, but that is all. Will definitely come back another time!! PS. We ordered a bungalow but were upgraded without knowing:-) A flatscreen and a dvd player in the room as well as a lovely jacuzi... Ah , we wish we were there still...

As with most of the Thai culture, their service was just gorgeous - welcome drinks, cool towels, escorted to the room was all facilities and amenities shown and explained. We were lucky enough to be ungraded on arrival too! To the Royal Suites down by the beach! Let's just say WOW! Very nicely finished and can be highly recommended for those wishing to splurge, but not OTT. Fresh fruit daily in the room, breakfast selection is spot on. If they could only garantee sunshine everyday! (Football on the beach at 5pm for those couples who need time apart or a break from lounging!)

The resort overall was good. The restaurant was great though and the service friendly. I would go back to Samui and back to the restaurant but probably not back to stay.
