We got a free upgrade to a pool suite. Room and service was fantastic, also dinner and breakfast were great. The roti pisang (banana pancakes) prepared at the breakfast are delicious!

We were thrilled and very satisfied with our stay. All the people are great and the facilities were wonderful. If we have to say one thing, there were a few days of renovation that were a bit disturbing, but that is all. Will definitely come back another time!! PS. We ordered a bungalow but were upgraded without knowing:-) A flatscreen and a dvd player in the room as well as a lovely jacuzi... Ah , we wish we were there still...

As with most of the Thai culture, their service was just gorgeous - welcome drinks, cool towels, escorted to the room was all facilities and amenities shown and explained. We were lucky enough to be ungraded on arrival too! To the Royal Suites down by the beach! Let's just say WOW! Very nicely finished and can be highly recommended for those wishing to splurge, but not OTT. Fresh fruit daily in the room, breakfast selection is spot on. If they could only garantee sunshine everyday! (Football on the beach at 5pm for those couples who need time apart or a break from lounging!)

The resort overall was good. The restaurant was great though and the service friendly. I would go back to Samui and back to the restaurant but probably not back to stay.

During high season I recommend that there be more available chairs around the swimming pool and beach, if you are not there very very early in the morning you don''t get a chair.

Very happy with this hotel - lives up to the pictures on the website. Stayed in a Garden Bungalow - clean, spacious rooms with ample privacy. Staff all friendly and helpful. Flawless booking through asiahotels.com. Hotel has excellent location on Lamai beach and swimming is good (versus further north). Nice pool as well. Easy access to shops and main street in Lamai. Buffet breakfast was good, with a wide range. I would return again and recommend this hotel to others.

Thought the hotel was over priced (considering it was low season and bearing in mind prices of other hotels in the area which give a discount if you just turn up - no need to book) and the facilities looked a lot better on the internet than they actually were. The room was quite dark and the airconditioning was not very effective.

I spent a good week at this hotel and found it to be very good value for money (we had the garden bungalow). Before I arrived I was thinking of upgrading the room, but once I saw the garden bungalow, I felt that there was no need to do so. The staff was very helpful and friendly and throughout my entire stay we have not experienced any negative things. I would surely recommend this hotel as it is one of the best hotels on the Lamai strip! They have a great pool and the beach in front ofthe hotel is also wonderful. The way the bungalows have been decorated was also very nice. If I were to visit Koh Samui again, I would definitely stay at the Pavillion again.

Cannot recommend this place enough! The Staff were so helpful and happy and the location is stunning. We had our Wedding ceremony there and it was a raging success. They organised everything for us just the way we wanted it. The Restaurant is fantastic as well.

The resort was well located, quiet but still providing easy access to the restaurants and nightlife of Lamai beach.
