The hotel is a bit tired but its still pretty nice.The rooms are bright and clean beds not to bad.The bathrooms need some renovating done a bit tired and small but i could care less.The wife complained about that yawn.We stayed on the top floor and the view from the balcony was incredible it reminds me of Coco Beach FL.It was really quite its the slow season thank goodness.The staff was very nice.The breakfast was huge.The first day there was many different things to choose from.The second day they said there was not enough people to make the buffet so they just made what we ordered very nice.My wife got a massage and face treatment at the hotel and i got an oil massage down the road at one of the hut businesses wow it was great and cheap.There are many places to eat at night and all were cheap and good.We hired a driver to take us to the elephant and snake show and monkey mountain then went into town and had a bowl of spicy noodles.It was really hot and busy bring an umbrella.

Good facilities & friendly staff - located in Pranburi which is some distance from Hua Hin

1. We were informed (prior to leaving Perth) that the Hotel was 2 kilometres from the "Marriott" in Hua Hin - it was 25 kilometres. 2. Very poor Road Signage - almost non- existent at the point you leave the main Road. 3. Hotel very tired - needs a paint job and lots of maintenance e.g. decking around pool and dining area very dangerous (raised nails, uneven boarding). Access to Swimming Pool in and out very poor. Example e.g. only hand rail steps whereas they also need concrete steps for older people. The Manager of the Food and Beverage Area and staff were excellent and most helpful. We would appreciate this being passed onto the Hotel Board. The room itself very clean and spacious. Bathroom needs larger shower area, an exhaust fan and lighting directly over the mirror and in the main room. Regardless of the above we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and once again all staff were excellent including Security at the Main Entrance.

We was, even it's the begining of the high season one of totaly two guests! No mini mart so there was no possibility to by anything (also quite far from city center), the food (room service) was avarage but no salt and peppar etc. and the breakfast was under avarage, very poor selection of fruit, juice, bread etc.
