Pasadena Inn Guest Reviews
We booked 3-nights. After staying in this hotel for 2 nights, we wanted to change our travel plan. But the hotel told us, we must cancel the 3rd-night reservation and refund via Obtz. Then we call Obtz, but we were told that we will refund nothing if cancelling the 3rd-night. Usually, this cancellation can be done by hotel directly if the room is reserved via most of other booking website. In future, I will not book hotel via rather than Obtz.

Noisy between rooms up and down, no coffee in the room, I have stayed in 9 different hotels on this trip and every one had coffee in the room except this one. By the way all had free breakfast of some sort on lobby even though they had coffee in the room. People running in and out all night, suspect it was used for a call girl operation, open condom wrappers in the parking lot next morning, empty booze bottles in parking lot, and questionable girls at check passing money to one lady. Would never stay here again unless assured no girl operation or no parties going on all night. When told about issues, front desk said sorry these things happen some times.

Decent for the price. Beds too soft. No coffee in the room. A little noisy on Halloween weekend but quiet on other visits. Stayed there before and will stay again. Good waffles!

Attended the Convention Center. Shopped at the Whole Food Market. Would like to have the pool hours extended to allow for more time, maybe 10pm as opposed to 8pm. Can't wait for better WiFi.
