It was an enjoyable stay .The hotel was very clean & the value was great. Staff excelent.Easy access to the City by car or tram.

Staff pleasant on arrival, helpful and had our room ready. Quickest check in we have ever had. Service was good. Our Room was very neat, tidy and comfortable. We enjoyed a full buffet breakfast and it was nice to know that we had the choice of room service too.. We thoroughly enjoyed our over night stay here.

Will stay again - had a nice view of cricket oval. The pool however; it's a kiddy wadding pool - didn't get to swim in it

Everything was great, apart from the one rude girl in reception. After asking a simple question 5 times, and not receiving an answer, her way to deal with it was to raise her voice and threaten us, although we maintained calm & polite throughout. Thankyou to her manager who shortly after actually answered our question the first time we asked, rather than give us the run around & try to create a scene. Have stayed a couple of times now, and the deal we have received is fantastic. The rooms are well maintained, very roomy and clean.
