Good value, cheap and affordable, reasonable considering it is a service suite. Stayed here for 2 nights - staff were friendly and professional - they even let me check out late on the departing date. PROS - Near to central shopping area (Bukit BIntang/Berjaya Times Square), big rooms @ affordable prices, staff friendly and will assist everything CONS - No toothbrush (why?), limited food choices in the buffet breakfast

1) Should have clear signboard on how to get to the lobby from the car park. 2) The passageway of the car park from B1 to B2 is just too narrow for bigger cars. 3) Location is ok and beautiful and spacious apartment

Very nice serviced suite. I will definitely come back here. nice contemporary design in the rooms. Check-in but they dont have my reservation and the room is not there. So they upgraded me to a deluxe suite. Thank you very much.

Great hotel, spacious (very, very) rooms in a quiet location. Breakfast offering is fair (sausages, eggs, cereals, pastries, soup and juices) and service is satisfactory. My only complaint is the uphill walk to everywhere, as the hotel is located in a small 'valley'
