I will stay here again, Fanatsic shower and a good little gym and sauna. Did not have pay TV or a DVD player that I noticed. Good size room, nice staff generally a good experiance.

Our room was right on the road but surprisingly quiet. Bit outdated and could do with some updating. Great chinese food up the road and very reasonably priced. Bed (mattress) rather soft.

The second time we stayed here. Its a lovely clean roomy place to stay with all the trimmings. I marked it only good for service, but this is not because we received bad service, but because the Parklane Motor Inn is really a Hotel/Motel crossover so not all the services are offered.

I enjoyed my stay in Takapuna. Great to have the beach and shops just down the road. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the free breakfast was excellent.
