Set in 28 acres of landscape, the Parklands Country Garden and Lodges is in the heart of the charming historic village of Blackheath. This property is also within walking distance from antique shops, galleries, pavement cafes and some of the finest restaurants in the Mountains.

What a beautiful location and the grounds are magnificient. A couple of great restaurants close by and some of the best bushwalks you will experience in the Blue Mountains. Such a beautiful location would have deserved some history about it in the rooms - but was not to be. Breakfast delivered to your door in a picnic basket was a nice touch (with the newspaper) although it was the same both mornings. We will be returning.

I've stayed in lots of hotels and never felt the urge to add a written review but Parklands merits the effort; a lovely suite in lovely grounds - great service without being intrusive, the breakfast was neat and started the day well and I would highly recommend Parklands for a stay.

The stay at Parklands Country Garden and Lodges was a sublime experience. The gardens and rooms are beautiful, we were lucky enough to have the place to our own mid-week. Some of the facilities stated are not there yet (didn't matter, there are tennis courts nearby etc), as development is planned, not sure if that's a good thing! The Breakfast basket provided was a veritable feast! All staff were just fantastic, helpful, friendly. It would be impossible to recommend this place too highly, and we will be back!!!

A strange place. Nice amenities and facilities, but rather strange breakfast arrangements (no cooked breakfast, but rather camping-style bread in glad wrap and small kellog's boxes). Not the most inviting/gracious service we have ever received either.

Perfect spot for an extremely relaxing weekend. The massive gardens with autumn tonings looked fantastic from our cute and cosy loft room. We enjoyed opening our gourmet breakfasts to find out what treats we had each morning. The king size bed was very comfortable. Temperature control in the room was not a problem, with a wood fire, wall heaters, under-tile heaters and an air-conditioner! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Do not forget to take your CD collection with you for background music it added to the mood of the place!
