stayed here for 4 nights with my hubby .hotel was lovely totally a little peace of tranquility.staff were really polite nice and helpful.easy to get to venice or treviso on bus (stop outside ).get tickets from reception and off u go .lovely village next door either way.went to padova for a day and was totally blown away by duomo of st anthony.once again so easy train goes from mestre or venice cost 9 euros.recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to rest after a busy waliking day around busy venice ..

The villa is actually far away from Venice (20km). You will need either to have a car or to take the train or bus to get to Venice. Parking in Venice is quite expencive as well. Tose are the badsides. On the other hand the Villa is very nice and relaxing. Very clean with very good service. The staff is more then helpful. Breakfast is OK. Pricing is perfect, for what it gives. There is free WiFi. It is closed to a road, and if you open the windows and you are facing the road, you will hear terrible traffic noice, but the windows are perfect and when closed you here nothing from outside. Probably for double this price the hotel in Venice will be at least two times less good. To everyone I recomend this hotel if you don't mind the traveling every day. I personally will go back there if I ever decide to visit Venice again. (BTW it is very close to the airport of Treviso)

Beautifull villa, beautifull garden in nice area. Very close to (airport) Treviso and we (family, 2 kids 12+14) used the hotel as a "basecamp" to travel to Venice and other parts of Northern-Italy. If you are sensitive to traffic noice please request a room on the backside; the road at the front-side is quite busy and sleeping with the bedroom-window open is more or less impossible due to the noise. Airco makes it possible to keep them closed. We enjoyed our stay in the very friendly hotel and would definetely go back there when we had to choose a hotel in that area again.

The hotel is beautiful. The main building is situated too close to the very busy local road, unattractive to have a room there ! Better ask for a room in the second building. Rating would be higher if there would be a swimming pool in the garden !

love it. A family run hortel, welcomes you with the smell of fresh croissants in the morning and attentive and extremely helpful keepers. Certainly worth a visit. We'll shurely come again.
