I was very badly treated by the hotel staff ! my bad story with people from this hotel started on Tuesday (today is thursday). I asked aboout cleaning my room and nobody came, in the recepcion staff didn't treat me seriously. On Wednesday it was the same situation, nobody didn't want to clean my room. Today I did the scene because I don't like when somebody doesn't respect me. I wanted to speak with the manager of this hotel. And it was incredible...The manager of this hotel BEATRICE MELENDO came to my room without knocking (a few hours after the scene in the reception) and she screamed at me and called me "you bit**" I can't believe in this story...she was very agressive, she screamed at me maybe 8 minutes in my room. I screamed too and I said that I don't want to stay longer in this hotel. I thought that she wanted to hit me...she is mentally unbalanced. I dislike more things - When I was calling to the recepcion with some things they didn't want to help me and they put down the phone. In addition in this hotel you can eat only breakfast what is not tasty. Location is terrible, far to the shop and is dangerous to go out in the evening alone. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY STAY IN THIS HOTEL. And note to the staff of this hotel - Respect Your Guest because You can lose them
