Nice hotel and good value for money

Building work next door was noisy and location next to very busy roundabout. Otherwise hotel is smart, clean and not too far from tram to get into town (allow half an hour). Staff were helpful and polite.

Room service was very poor, better suited for long stay instead of hotel formula. Pretty far from center town.
