Room was adequate and clean but there was no hot water so cold showers were the order of the day. A lot of renovation work seemed to be going on. The breakfast facilities were disorganised and very basic.

The room was clean and quite spacious, but not what we booked - down graded. Free parking was a plus. The tap in the bathroom had a constant run and could not be turned off. The service at reception was very poor, no smile, no interest, not very helpful.

very comfortable and neat room; close to tram stops; great place to stay very reasonable rates for a first class city like melbourne; will stay again
