Park Royal Cozumel All Inclusive Guest Reviews
Very clean resort, nice grounds, small beach provides good access for snorkeling nearby Food quality was average to good, the variety was limited on some days, specially on 11/25 day after Christmas celebrations at resort, (essentially they offered extended breakfast as lunch as their staff was limited) The evening shows, on alternate days were decent, other days they were not, as the Resort staff just did some activities with the resort guests The Resort staff were a bit pushy in selling timeshares or activities, the same activity could be negotiated down to 60% in some cases by bargaining. Overall a Good/average resort, been to better ones in Cancun. However for Cozumel resorts this is a good one to go to. The big plus is the calmness of water for snorkeling /swimming of the beach area.

Overall the staff works very hard to please the guests here. My only complaints were that they were in the middle of doing maintenance. They spent most of the week sanding the decking around the adult pool thereby making it useless. On Friday 12/9 all the power was shut down in the hotel complex from noon until about 5:00pm. I was told they were tying the power into the new shopping complex next door. It would have been nice to a) told us earlier than the evening before. b) made plans to have other activities in place such as so free settles to downtown or some discounted excursion since nothing could be done at the complex. The also had intermitted shortages of some of the alcoholic beverages available. At different time they were out of beer, some wines and some liquor with no explanation? This was not on par with my previous stays here. I am considering other accommodations my next time in Cozumel.

Everything was very nice. We had several first timers with us and they were all very impressed. The food was very good and service was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and clean-great views!

Park Royal provides an excellant vaca experience for all. The rooms and grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The hotel staff could not be friendlier or provide more service. On the other hand, the sales staff for membership is awful. Their desk is just past check in and they are on you from the minute you arrive. Be sure to keep all emails with dates if you have any promotions promised with prepaid all-inclusives. They will try to dismiss some of what was promised when you prepaid. Also, if a jeep for a day is part of your promo, ask to see the vehicle before you sign for it!!!

It's a very nice place, but if the hotel is an all inclusive, it is not acceptable to charge the gym, the safe-deposit box and Wi-Fi (for example)
