Park Regis City Quays is positioned on Lake Street in the heart of Cairns, within six kilometres from Cairns International Airport. While on holiday, tourists browse through collections at Cairns Museum and begin the Great Barrier Reef explorations from the Marlin Marina.

The worst overpriced hotel I stayed at during my 10 days in Australia - terrible customer service!

thw service ranged from excellent to unacceptable depending on personnel the facilities were also puzzling in that some were outstanding and others weak, e.g. too few lights and some not functioning. on the whole, i enjoyed my stay immensely.

The room was nice with most of the facilities I needed. There was an internet connection available for a reasonable price ($30 for 8hours), but wireless would have been nice. There were limited services available (i.e. no room service), but the staff were very helpful and friendly.
