Location
Within 15 minutes of the Cairns International Airport, the Park Regis is located within the new city port precinct. It is just a block from Marlin Marina where guests will begin their Great Barrier Reef excursions. The Cairns Promenade is also at the wharf, for incredible dining options. The Night Markets are within walking distance.
Rooms
All rooms include air-conditioning, Internet access, cable TV, and most have balconies. Apartments have kitchenettes. Superior rooms include iPod docking stations, DVD players and high-def TVs.
Restaurant
No restaurants at the hotel, however there are many options within easy walking distance.

I have stayed in many different hotels in Cairns. This one is great if you want quiet, modern and friendly service. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

thw service ranged from excellent to unacceptable depending on personnel the facilities were also puzzling in that some were outstanding and others weak, e.g. too few lights and some not functioning. on the whole, i enjoyed my stay immensely.

The room was nice with most of the facilities I needed. There was an internet connection available for a reasonable price ($30 for 8hours), but wireless would have been nice. There were limited services available (i.e. no room service), but the staff were very helpful and friendly.
