The place is really good, very close to Westfield. But room is small, suitable for a short stay!

Was ok except the bathroom was dirty.. Especially the tiles. And the staff pretty much said that the car park might be full.. If it is it's too bad! Wasn't really impressed with that attitude. I was aware that it was limited spots though and was ok with that.

My wife was not felling well when we arrived at 9.00am. The staff went to considerable trouble to arrange a comfortable place to await a room, advise as soon as a room was available(about 10.00am) well before normal room access(4.00pm) and made no extra charge for this service all for which we are very grateful

This hotel is conveniently located. However, the room was very small; there was a desk and one chair crammed into it> It was difficult to find a place for luggage so that it ddi not block getting to the bed. Bathroom was so-so. Corridors are very narrow and oppressive.

This building is falling apart. The rooms are unrenovated and have bathrooms out of the stone age with slow hot water and a small old hot water heater in the bathroom under the basin. The rooms itself was clean but it took 3-4 swipes of the key to open the door each time I returned to the room. The lifts were painfully slow. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, although this doesn't make up for the fact that a renovation is long overdue. 2 stars at most.

The night staff, despite not being busy, would not help with information about train travel. Next morning a more helpful staff member found the information needed in les than a minute. Disappointing first experience. M.

I've stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions and it has never disappointed. The staff are very helpful and polite. Its in a very convenient location close to the shops, trains, monorail & walking distance to many of the attractions. Would recommend if you're looking for a good priced hotel in a convenient location.

Room was clean and small. Busy road around the hotel. Police siren whole night long at weekend night. Location is excellent. Do not book here if you cannot stand much noise while sleeping.

The only problem that we had during this stay was with our internet and mobile phone reception. We must have been in a dead spot in the room we were in as we had our own wifi gadget which would hardly ever connect and also we had terrible trouble with our mobile phones as more often than not we could not get any reception in our room so I would definately not want to stay on that side of the hotel again. As we did not want to pay the expensive cost of the hotel wifi which I think should be free anyway so I went to the big department store just down the road and used theirs. But it was a nuisance also sometimes not being able to make mobile calls or calls you were on dropping out. Not really good enough in this day and age I don't believe. The room was 1210. We have stayed inthis hotel on 3 previous occasions but no problems other times mind you we were on the Park street side so maybe that was it this time we were on Castlereagh street side so next time would request not to be on that side, as there will be a next time as it is a great location.

Hotel lovely. Smallish room but it was very well priced and right in the heart of Sydney. I was in town on business and so I spent a lot of time in the room working and it was perfect for my needs. There is also a roof top (45th floor) with spectacular views of the harbour! I actually took my mac up to the roof and worked one whole day! There is also an outdoor pool for those who want to swim on the 45th floor.

I stayed for 4 days in this hotel and I never had a decent shower thanks to the ON-OFF archaic water heating system that give you either boiling hot water or cold. Really annoying trying to have a decent shower when you have to keep adjusting water temp all the time. I complained about it and reception promised to take care of it but never happened. Long hair on the floor stayed for 4 days (not mine), towels smelt bad and room was way too tiny for the price I payed. I normally get a standard room in a 4 star hotel at that price I travel weekly to Sydney and despite the friendly staff they have there, I won't stay there again.

On arrival there was a misunderstanding about the portacot we requested but thankfully it was in the room. They did upgrade us so that we had more room for the cot. Two windows in the room didn't close properly so we heard all the noise from the saturday night revellers. As it was city2surf wk end - it is excellent location for the starting line!!!

Hotel was in the best possible location, and room was perfect for the weekend we had planned. Only used the room to get dressed and leave our bags, and quick nap early hours sunday morning before 1100 flight back home :)

The location was good. The bathroom was not cleaned during our three day stay although we had fresh towels each day. We were on the tenth floor and heard lots of street noise which made it difficult to sleep. Would recommend this hotel to those travelling without children. The view from the roof is spectacular.

My partner and I (both in our early twenties), had an amazing experience with Park Regis. The location is unbeatable and the staff go out of their way to help you. As others have commented, the rooms were slightly noisy (as can be expected in the city) but not unbearable. The bathroom was clean but small however was good enough for us as we didn't spend too much time in the room. As an added bonus there is an observation rooftop which is a great place to have drinks, watch the sunset etc. For the price, I don't think you could get any better! Congratulations Park Regis! We will definitely be staying again!

i was pleased with how clean it was and the rooftop is an added bonus, it is also great that the coffee club is right next door and ubway for late night snacks. It was inconvenient that only 1 left access tag was issued and on asking for another one was told for security they only issue 1 per room, as the 3 of us were doing different things at times and had to keep letting each other in and out and this would have been great to have 2nd card.
