The place is really good, very close to Westfield. But room is small, suitable for a short stay!

Was ok except the bathroom was dirty.. Especially the tiles. And the staff pretty much said that the car park might be full.. If it is it's too bad! Wasn't really impressed with that attitude. I was aware that it was limited spots though and was ok with that.

My wife was not felling well when we arrived at 9.00am. The staff went to considerable trouble to arrange a comfortable place to await a room,advise as soon as a room was available(about 10.00am) well before normal room access(4.00pm) and made no extra charge for this service all for which we are very grateful

This hotel is conveniently located. However, the room was very small; there was a desk and one chair crammed into it> It was difficult to find a place for luggage so that it ddi not block getting to the bed. Bathroom was so-so. Corridors are very narrow and oppressive.
