My experience was very average. There are both a hot tub and pool, but both are inside and offer no privacy. The staff was courteous and responsive, but only posessed average knowledge of local eating establishments. The hotel is near both Deer Valley and Park City ski areas.

found the big dining table great for family meals. We needed to use the pull out couch and it was comfortable.

The room we got was old, outdated, and smelled horrible. When we first got in the room the light switch didn't work by the door so we had to stumble in the dark to turn on a lamp. We sat on the end of the bed and the top of it came flying up!!!! It stunk and we could hear everything and everyone outside the room. We immediately said to each other no way are we staying here. So we went to the front desk to tell them we wanted our money back. The man at the front desk said he could show us another room. So he did and it was better but still smelled old and musty. He said since we booked through Orbitz they would have to give us the refund. So we called Orbitz and they said they would have to verify with the hotel. The hotel claims that because their rooms are "clean" they would not authorize a refund. We are beyond livid and will tell anyone we know not to book a room here ever. It was horrible and now we are out the 69 dollars. Way to treat an active duty military member! Glad we fight and sacrifice for your freedom to screw us over.
