The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The restaurant and buffet breakfast were both very good. The only downfall was the air conditioning in the room. It did not function properly and the room was too hot and I was unable to adjust the temperature. As the windows could not be opened this compounded the situation.

To our surprise we stayed in a very nice suite at the end of the hallway. That was great, breakfast was very good, restaurant was ok.

This hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. It is a 20 minute walk from Eindhoven train and bus station. The swimming pool is good but ask for the sauna to be switched on 30 minutes before you need it - it takes a while to warm up. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of food which is well presented. We stayed there for 4 nights and have no complaints. I can recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice. The buffet breakfast was very good.
