Park Lane Mews Hotel London Guest Reviews (25)
A nicely appointed reception,/sitting room and a lovely dining room. The room was very clean if marginally down at heel. The bed was very comfortable - the room had air con which we didn't use preferring to open the window. Despite being only one block off busy Park Lane it was perfectly quiet. Bathroom was clean if a little small -the only negative comment was that the pipe to the shower head was cracked spraying water in a random direction . Not a big deal its a shower. Breakfast was fine if not special - the bread sliced boring not 4* bread in my opinion. Overall I liked it and would be very happy to return. The location is perfect for central London tourism / shopping.

Ideal location. Shabby corridors. Room decor needed refreshing. On a hot summer night the air conditioning did not function because the exhaust tube was seriously damaged beyond use. Otherwise the room was very nice. The only time in 55 years that I have been asked for cash in return for my breakfast tray. Time for the Malaysian owners to come and have a look!

The room was a bit on the small size, but comfortable and sufficient for a short stay. Bathroom similarly small but everything you need was in there and in good working order. The public areas are comfy and well appointed and enjoyed a couple of late drinks in the bar after getting in from theatre. Staff were friendly, helpful and suitably blended into the background. Nice quiet mews location away from busy areas, but still convenient to get to all the sights on foot or public transport.

Excellent location for Mayfair, Shepherd's Market etc. short walk to the Royal Academy, Bond Street, Burlington Arcade. Reasonable size room for single occupancy. Clean and well presented. Sound proofing wasn't good but I was fortunate in not having noisy guests on either side. Reception staff were not particularly welcoming and requests were grudgingly granted. My booking was cancelled by hotel but reinstated - no refund for night missed due to train cancellation in Scotland even though hotel informed before deadline.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to tourist sights, the tube and good choices for food. The room was very small, we could not get to the bathroom at night with even a small bag open, so packing up most nights was part of our London routine. Worse, the room was in bad shape. At this price point in a city like London we did not expect luxury, but the place is behond worn out and the carpet and furniture were stained. The room smelled strongly of stale smoke, this is in a supposedly non smoking room in a city wich has had a smoking ban for some time.
