The rooms were satisfactory, though looked a little worn and not as clean as I would have liked -- sketchy looking carpet and shower so I wore slippers all the time. No duvet on the bed unless you get the top-end room, but there is a blanket in the closet you can put on top of the sheets.

I will not return to this hotel. Hotel needs a complete reform.

vary nice and clean hotel but the receptionists were few for a 19 story hotel (only 2 and some times 1) and they spoke english very little (some of them did not at all) they were nice but they were not helpful enough the positive point about the location was that it was exactly infront of the bus stops

I was in Sao Paulo on business for a week. I found the hotel to be very "business friendly." The free internet service was a huge plus. The reception desk was very helpful when needed.
