Beside reasonable price, I highly appreciate especially the location - opposite the Vienna International Centre (UNO) where I was working at the time of accommodation - and parking in hotel garage free of charge.

Very friendly staff. The first room we were given was facing a petrol station with very bad smell present. With a toddler in tow no way were we going to stay in that room. We were upgraded to a suite once we complained to reception. Breakfast is ok. Location - on U1 line which takes you to main sites in city in 15-20mins. One tip - if catching public transport to the hotel - suggest you take the airport bus - takes slightly longer but is cheaper and more importantly drops you in front of the hotel.

Room is big and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. The balcony view of my room is not good though. Price and situation is reasonable. Recommended.

Excellent hotel with huge beds and large rooms. Wonderful welcoming warm atmosphere. Staff are fantastic. Breakfast was reasonable. Best hotel we have stayed in in Europe! However, the location is not fantastic, but it is across the road from the U-Bahn and 10 minutes walk from a large shopping centre.
