Park Inn Hotel & Conference Centre London Heathrow
4 out of 5

Park Inn is a good and large hotel. The staff are helpful and polite. The room is large with modern fitting. It is quiet and close to terminal 3. We get there by local bus at the central bus station and it is free because we reach the ceiling of the travel card on the arrival day. On the next day, the taxi fare to terminal 4 is 16 pounds. My suggestion to the hotel : (i) provide email address for the customers to make enquiries of the hotel; and (ii) give instruction to customers how to reach the hotel by public transport and facilities nearby e.g. restaurant.

booked 2 non smoking rooms and received 2 smoking rooms. asked if they could spray the room too kill the smell and they said yes, waited ages rang them up asked again still nothing happen. seemed they werent interested. no free wifi 15 pounds to use the internet. meal and beer prices were reasonable. if i stayed there again i would ask the receptionist if the room was a non smoking room before i accepted it. good size rooms.

The Park Inn is located close and accessible to Heathrow but not to much else. It's a tired building with tired staff and I wouldn't stay there again.

The only aspect of this hotel that would encourage one to stay is its location close to Heathrow. We stayed there twice last month, going in and out of the UK, and on both occasions experienced problems with service.

A Five star hotel should have nicer toiletries, better quailty tea and coffee, cushions on the chairs in the rooms, more than five tissues in the box and not neeed a call to be made to provide a kettle. Sandwiches in the bar should be made with something better than cheap white bread. This hotel was convenient and reasonably comfortable, though the lack of a shuttle bus to Terminal 4 is a big downside.

Very busy hotel, great for Heathrow airport. Breakfast and choice of evening meal is good. Pool area and some rooms a little dated.

The Park Inn is conveniently situated, the room was clean and spacious and I would happily stay there again if the need arose.

The standard of English spoken by reception staff was not good and the receptionist sent us to a non smoking instead of a smoking one which he had offered. We only found out when we went to the room. Having dragged our cases back to reception he tried again and we ended up below ground literally. There was no drinking water in the room except 1 bottle of mineral water for £2.45.!! We boiled the tap water. Everything there seemed to be at a cost which was too much for us and we will not stay there again.

Wine choice at the bar was poor, and staff knowledge of wine was poor. I like white wine on the sweeter side. I would however not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and would make this my first choice in the future.

Room price was very acceptable but high bar prices at the hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Some alterations being made to dining facilities so currently in temporary buildings.

I have stayed at this hotel a total of 4 times. Some rooms are better than others. On my most rcent visit I paid the lowest rate I have ever managed to find and stayed in the worst room so far. It looks as if part of the hotel has undergone a refit and my room was one of the rooms yet to receive attention. Other rooms I have stayed in have been first class. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Drinks have a very high price. Food is ok. Closest hotel to Heathrow terminal 1.

despite requesting teh previous night to book cab to airport and need of assisstance with luggage. Th ecab was booked but it took 4 calls to get a porter to help with bags. One call to us saying cab was waiting very frustrating! also was told by hotel staff incorrect cab fee

The breakfast could have been better if the air conditioning was not on. SOme of the food was stale and I think this was due to it being exposed in the air conditioning. Room was great and it was very quet considering how close it was to the airports. All staff were extremely friendly and polit. I would definately stay there again

Can''t believe it had a 4* rating. Food awful and expensive. No spare lavatory paper in bathroom and bedroom tiny and noisey. Mini bar was empty on arrival. Guess it is typical of any airport hotel - ghastly!

Excellent - except the shower was a bit dodgy - a very sensitive adjustment required between scaldingly hot and freezing cold! Oh and the iron I borrowed took about 20 mins to partially iron a skirt & blouse! A very inefficient piece of kit! Room itself was v clean & comfortable and breakfast (included) was very good - lots of fruit. I'd be happy to stay there again - but won't bother doing any more ironing!
