We have stayed here several times and find this hotel gives very good value for the price with nice rooms. They seem to feature very keen price promotions quite often. Breakfast nothing special. Very friendly service. Well located even if not in the most attractive part of town.

The rack rate was good, however the hotel has a steep charge for internet access at £14 and the car parking is £4 so this makes it more expensive than other hotels in the same area that dont charge for these services. Food was expensive for the quality.

Room smelt of smoke

Stayed for two nights. After first night we returned that afternoon at 3.30pm to find our room had not been cleaned. We had to find the cleaner to ask for it to be done. We did get the room cleaned promptly then. Other than that everything else was fine.
