Very friendly and helpful staff as the Irish always seem to be. Asked for smoking room and didn't get it but, can live with than. Short walk to Shannon airport which is very handy. Traditional Irish breakfast was louzy, eggs, pudding...everything was cold and tasted awful. I know good Irish food so take it from me...no good for 10 Euro. The food is better at the airport!! Have to pay for internet service by minute in lobby. That really irked me. They do have Wifi but, didn't have laptop with me. Room overpriced and Orbitz should have done better pricing. Overall, it is convenient to the airport.

Obviously perfect for overnight stops at the airport, only a 2 minute walk to the terminal. Staff were friendly and attentive. Evening meal in the bar was very good and well priced with good service. My only niggle would be that my bathroom was tired looking and needed re-decorating.

We checked out from this hotel at 6.30 am went across the street to shannon airport to discover our flight was delayed for 10 hours. I called the hotel and they allowed us to check back in to our rooms and gave us an extended departure time which we really appreciated. Will definately use this hotel again.

Excellent hotel and service although while booking I must have made a mistake as I thought I had booked breakfast. Very helpful receptionist and dining room staff. GORGEOUS fire in lounge!

The hotel is in the perfect location.A bit tired and run down. The food was very average and not a great choice.But the rooms were clean and comfortable.
