The hotel is located on top of one of the biggest night clubs in Reykjavik and even if we stayed on the 5th floor music from the basement as well as noice from the street kepts us awake 3 of 7 nights we stayed there. The rooms where very dusty. The safe in the room did not work and even if we informed the staff about this twice, they made no attempt to fix it. When we booked this 3 star hotel, we had hopes to avoid exactly things such as this, but that is no garantee at Park Inn.
