Great view and location, on Alexanderplatz. The room was small, but modern. It could have been cleaner. Friendly staff.

I came down to the hotel restaurant for breakfast (which is only for hotel guests and you need to be checked in at the door by the staff.) I had just put my Louis Vuitton purse and my laptop down by the table to get my breakfast; within 3 mins. they were gone! The guests that were sitting nearby told me that they had not seen anyone around except the waitress that came to set my table. I was running around asking for help to the person in charge and the waitress who was in the area. Neither showed interest in helping. Moreover, there was no security personnel at the hotel to report the theft. When I requested to speak to the managers in charge, instead of talking to me they went first to speak with their staff and were more interested in keeping the situation as quiet as possible. I was told to go to my room and wait for the police. I had to wait 3 hrs for the police to come so I could file a report. When finally a police officer came, he had apparently been already informed by the manager of the hotel, but was told a different story. Adding insult to injury, the management at the hotel showed more interest in deflecting responsibility away from their staff than showing concern about what had happened to me. They told me that these sort of things are not uncommon at the hotel, that theft has happened before and that it was my fault I'd brought valuables with me to the restaurant. If that was the case, they should have place warning signs around the hotel. I travel often and to many places. I know theft can happen anywhere in the street and in public places, but this is a 5 star hotel and you would expect it'd offer a safer and more secure environment for guests. Obviously, not Radisson Blu Hotel. Be careful if you decide to stay at this place.

A fantastic reasonably priced hotel which is in a great location with train, metro and tram links that will take you anywhere you may wish to go within a 1 minute walk. In addition, many of Berlin's popular tourist attractions are within a short walk of the hotel. Even though the hotel has very good bars, restaurants and even a casino contained within, there are plenty of very good restraunts and cafe bars situated in and around the square and is a relaxed meeting point for locals and tourists alike however this does not interfere at all in achieving a good night's sleep! We would definitely stay here again and would not even consider a different location.

We have stayed here before and had a proper room and breakfast included. This time it was different: room was very small, with no separate bathroom and the breakfast was really pricy, 18 € per person. It also seems that they have now a price tag on everything, like early check-in. We thought this would have been the same deal we had before through [your website], but it was really disappointing. Not recommended to anyone, since the price-quality ratio is really low.

Brilliant, modern, good breakfast, great facilities. Only problem was that internet was a bit expensive - this should be free.

Rooms are tiny. Like prison cells with a sliding glass door covering a toilet one way and if slide across it covered the toilet and revealed a shower. Sink out in the room. It was clean and room service was good. Some staff in Bar were gruff and unfriendly and Im talking about the older staff. The younger staff all smiled and did what they do very well. Excellant location though so probably would stay again but pay more for a room upgrade.

Bed is very soft - a spring mattress on a spring base. Anyone with any sort of back issue will need to ask for boards to be put under the mattress. Other than that - fantastic location - close to RE train to Scheonefeld, great buffet breakfast, excellent concierge.

Large hotel in the centre of Alexander Platz. Easy to get to from Schoenfeld Airport. You cannot miss it when you're in in the area. The station gives easy access and direct trains/metro to all the main attractions in Berlin. Most attractions are in walking distance if need be. Hotel was fully booked even though we had booked in advance. They offered us a Suite instead which they warned us had no windows. The Suite was decorated very nicely and modern. We took the room anyway as we were only there for 2 days. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Excellent location. Fantastic views of the city if you get a room high up and also facing the TV Tower. Toilet and Shower take a bit of getting used to. Overall, a very good hotel and definitely have a go at the casino!

The hotel is nice but expensive. Location is good. Airport bus stops few meters from Hotel. Room was small but bed comfortable. Toilet of the room was not showing inside but shower was transparent glass. Breakfast was good. You have to pay to enter the spa and you have to pay for early check in. Concierge was very helpful.

A big but very priceworthy and rational hotel in Mitte, Alexander Platz, with a huge buffet breakfast and central to a lot of attractions in Mitte, close to U- and S-bahn and several buses. A fantastic panorama view from top floor. Room clean and service perfect. I come back and recommend it sincerely. Kind and friendly staff. Lodging worth every euros and cents!

almost unbeatable location, and if you're lucky (like we were) you get one of the best views imaginable: we got a room on the 34th floor right opposite the TV tower and Alexanderplatz - wow! Reception was extremely friendly and welcoming - something not necessarily to be taken for granted in Berlin. On the down side: bathroom and toilet with smoke glass doors IN the bedroom may indeed be a problem for some. The hotel is huge, so it can get extremely busy and crowded at breakfast - we had to wait to find a table. Buffet breakfast is average.
