This is a filthy hotel and i would not recommend anyone to stay at it. It consists of three badly renovated houses. We stayed for three days - and for two of those days, our rooms were not serviced It was very cold outside and we were required to sleep under thin flimsy blankets with not a spare duvet or anything to assist The toilets were left dirty and unattended Actually, the room was not cleaned propoerly in such a long time - some of the previous occupants' ketchup etc was still left in the room

The rooms are extremely small. Because I showed up alone at the reception, they tried to give me a single room and I had to insist to be given a decent sized room with a normal sized bed. I cannot complain about location: I booked there because I had to be in Ilford but the price does not reflect the out-of-the-way location. So I would not recommend the place. There are more central hotels out there with much better service.

Cheap and cheerful! A good option for a cheap stopover outside of central London. There's parking too. You wouldn't want to spend too much time there though!

Very basic budget accomodation stuck in a 1980s timewarp. Has the defensive feel of somewhere often abused by guests. Perfectly good breakfast with excellent coffee served by friendly staff. Tablemats picture the building in happier times and cheerful pictures attempt to cheer the run down decor.
