Their staff have very poor work knowledge, communication skills and common sense. They did not offer help and had put me waiting for almost 4 hours to check in, yes, I came early, but they did not offer any options, such as a half date rate. And their manager at last told me that I can upgrade to their Club Floor then they can check me in earlier. I did complaint to her why no body has told me about this. I was told breakfast is included but then said it was a mistake after I had finished my breakfast. I had to pay an extra S$30.

Starting off on a long trip to Australia and NZ, we treated ourselves to a Crystal Club room at the Park Hotel for 4 nights en route. A good choice as really enjoyed personal service, an exclusive lounge for breakfast and evening drinks -included in the rate- and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. The room was a bit small for two, but well appointed with good view. Looks like was really designed for a solo business traveller. Location OK for Robertson Quay and Chinatown, but bit of a walk to MRT at Clarke Quay. Good sized pool and well provided for towels, but rather short of sun loungers and umbrellas. All the poolside seating quickly filled. But all in all an excellent stay and worth the upgrade.

Great hotel, friendly staff, although didn't have enough rooms ready for all the guest checking in around 5.30pm. Wasn't so happy about travelling all day only to be told to go away and come back in half an hour when room ready. There were a few disgruntled guests ahead of us, so I didn't make a fuss. Once we had a room allocated however, we couldn't fault our stay at all. Great staff, great room, great pool.

Everything was good, except that we didn't have the two bottles of complimentary water that i believe most hotels will provide. Hence, i ended up having to boil water for drinking, else to run to the 7-11 store to get drinking water. I take this the missing water as an oversight, although it shouldn't have been.

Location is great! The hotel is 5 min walk to the restaurants & clubs in Clarke Quay. They also provide free shuttle to other tourist area like Orchard Road so location wise- i's a winner. However, hotel rooms is very small. you hardly have enough space to move around. Also, they do not allow children in the club lounge (But this was never stated when we booked & paid for the hotel). So we paid for 4 nights * 2 rooms with club lounge excess but was unable to use it as we had a 10 year old traveling with us. when we asked if we could change the rooms to the normal room, they said they cannot do that as the booking has already been confirmed. Generally, this is a good hotel for short stays. But it's not recommended for long stays.

A really good experience from start to finish. We arrived very early after an overnight flight from Paris, and reception found us a room by 11:00 am. We had a very late flight on the last day and, having checked out in the morning, had a room made available to us to shower etc at 5:00 pm before heading to the airport. In between, excellent service from everyone we came into contact with. Loved the pool.

Enjoyed our stay here, great pool, quiet rooms, very efficient air con, friendly staff. Only negative being no rooms ready at check in time, which isn't ideal after 9 hours travelling.

This is a great Hotel and worthy of 4*. Room was good and clean, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and modern bathroom, not huge but very adequate. Staff very helpful and polite, free wi fi in lobby. This is Robertson Quay and not Clarke Quay, however a good location on the river and close to everything. I would stay there again. Too many staff on the ground floor entrance....which is a small area..just to press the button for the lift.

This was our first stopover here and we would definitely return. It's fairly handy for Clarke Quay itself and even has a useful minibus shuttle to/from the MRT station. We opted for the Crystal Club package and were very pleased with all the extras, particularly the Club Lounge on the 10th floor. The food both at breakfast and in the restaurant was high quality, the staff were pleasant and very helpful, and the room was smaller than usual in Singapore, but comfortable and clean.

The Crystal Club upstairs was well worth the slightly extra expense. Free drinks, a great view and wonderful help from the staff there. Only annoyance was the large building site across the road, when we were by the pool the noise was awful. The site operates till midnight, but this is not the hotels fault.

Hotel situated in Clarke Quay - excellent position - Singapore River and esplanade, restuarants and bars not "too touristy" - more expat area. Booked a club room - thanks to good rate offered by Hoteldlub Website - a great advantage. Club staff very helpful and responsive to all guests needs with no fuss.  Rooms - even club rooms rather compact  but adequate.  Pool area spacious. Gym more than adequate for a three star hotel.

This was a great place to stay. Only issue was reading the maps to put us in the right direction. The staff were very efficient and looked after us the best in our stay this holiday.

Access to the Crystal Club certainly lifted my experience here. A great location in terms of bars etc. Shuttle bus to City Hall MRT handy. Extremely helpful staff.

I booked this hotel for a girl's birthday. I was completely tramatised when i checked into the room. The size is smaller than what was shown online. I then called to upgrade my room & they said all are the same sizes. It's gonna be disappointing for her. I could easily get bigger and classier 5star hotel for about $30 extra elsewhere. This hotel isn't even 5star i guess. Yet it's almost the same price!! The birthday girl; an indonesian girl- who came & left 9pm to the cab waiting area. One of the indian staff was very rude to my friend. He ONLY opened the door to welcomed/send-off caucasians guests. When it was my friend's turn, he gave a look like obviously she was not a hotel guest and DID NOT even open the cab door for her. He just WALKED away!! Most staffs are very friendly but the cleaners are weird!!Knock on my door EARLY MORNING 9am+ to wake me up and ask stupid things like "If i've consumed anything from the frigde?".

Good hotel. Nice quiet location short cab ride from everything and 5 mins walk to restaurants at Clarke Quay. Bed and pillows were a bit on the firm side but other than that a good place to stay. Great pool for colling off after a long day of shopping in Singapore.

Hotel and staff where excellent, the room was a reasonable size, the reason for me booking this hotel was due to the fact that it said that it had a Laundry service and laundry facilities (which to me means i can do my own washing) but it didn't have this so i had to either hand wash or pay! So i guess you could say our room looked like a chinese laundy at times.
