Two abandoned room service carts in the hall on my floor all night as was the dirty room service tray from my room's prior occupants right outside my door. Staff was just physically there - not helpful at all.

It was a birthday celebration "night out on the town". We took the opportunity to have dinner, see a show, do some shopping and to see all the beautiful Christmas lights and decorations around the city. The hotels is conveniently located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

This is a good location, lots of deli-ish food close by, Carnegie Hall across the street, easy walking straight down 57th Street for great shopping. Elevator system a little weird - took some getting used it. And a $15 a day fee to use wireless internet in guest room, which I thought was high. Overall a good value.
