The location and rooms are great but some of the restaurants need a "refreshment" in decoration. Food was great at half of the restaurants we ate at, the rest was very basic. Breakfast definitely needs to improve! We booked a scuba diving trip and they had us waiting for an hour AT 6AM! We would have appreciated some information during the wait, I don't get up that early if I don't have to.

The landscape and cleanliness was amazing, beautiful views everywhere! The staff was friendly and curteous. The AC was not working well in our original room, so they quickly moved us to a room with working AC. My only reccomendation would be more variety at breakfast, by the end of the week it was getting old. All in all it was a great week and I would gladly return.

Amazing. We stayed at the Reserve, the staff were incredible and the hotel and surroundings were stunning. Our only complaint would be that nightime activities could be a little more varied, everything had shut down by 11pm on Saturday.

we went here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and was accurately presented in the photos on the website. There were no bad surprises on our arrival. We did stay at the reserve which seemed to be nicer but it is the furthest from the beach. The food was decent and there was a good bit of selection for everyone. The bars were excellent. The staff was excellent and so friendly. I do not know if I were to do it again I would go back for a honeymoon. It is more of a family resort than honeymoon and they do not really do anything to makit a special experience as we heard other resorts do (while talking with people in the airport). Overall, worth the money.
