We had a wonderful 5 day stay in this hotel. Hard to fault it. The staff were very helpful,friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

It is a nice place to stay in Penang, Malaysia especially to those who prefer to enjoy beach activities at Tanjung Bungah. The room - Paradise Deluxe (1 bedroom suite) is so confortable for a family. Food is good (will be better if the hotel continues the Delifrance Cafe). At beach, u may enjoy the jetski, riding a horse or the beach scooter, get wet while riding the banana boat or may be challange yourself with the parachut

Very impressed with the service and attention given. The location was excellent, with good bus service plus cheap taxi fares. Would recommend this hotel to families as well as elderly people. Enjoyed the stay so much would like to return - afterall you can get 3 nights with breakfast for the price of one night in Singapore!

Quiet and relaxing place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and video arcade room. Even got free eye check up on Tuesdays and Thursdays...

The hotel definately needs some refurbishment ! Quite outdated as compared to some new hotels nearby. However, the front counter assisstants provide good courtesy & services.
