we were looking for a relaxing few days in a lovely location after hectic 3 day breaks in Dubai and KL and this is exactly what we got. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our air con not working and they fixed it straightaway. Even when the hotel was supposed to be full it was so peaceful and never had to hunt for sunbeds. The only fault we found was the buffet in the evening which was very predictable and boring. we started eating in the Pacific restaurant and paying for la carte which was a lot more expensive. If you were staying longer than just a few days the extra cost would soon add up. Apart from that we would highly reccommend this hotel.

The hotel I would recommend the facilties were good and the holiday was very relaxing which is what you want from a beach resort and the beach is cleaned every morning, which is excellent. Our children had a great time. The kids club was a bit poorly run when they gave out a piece of paper with the activities for the day on it they did not run what was on the paper.

Slow service plus when dining in any of the restaurants, the service is a little strange. Five people ordering drinks and food at the same time and both the food and the beverage comes in different order and/or not in the same time for all people by the same table. The thing is that there are a lot of people working, but nobody seems to be responsible for anything. In the buffé if something is out, it won't be refilled unless someboby mentioning it even though a lot of personel is passing by the empty bowl. Strange and not how it should be in an resort of any kind.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The only promblem is if you are travelling with chidren, the hotel has double rooms only and children under 12 are free if sharing a room with two adults, this however does not include a bed or any food - you have to pay extra per night for an aditional bed in the room and pay separately for the childs breakfast!
