Was only a short overnight stay. Have stayed many times before. Has all the necessary features of a god hote. It is in desparate need of new pillows as theywere either far too soft or like lumpy sacks.

No Experience due did not use hotel as airline changed flight and unable to cancel hotel reservation or obtain LOC for future use

Pan Pacific Orchard is about 10mins walk to the Orchard MRT and Ion shopping mall. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Clean and well maintained overall.
