The hotel is located in a bustling street with Robinson's Mall a walking distance away and lots of eateries to choose.The room is spacious with large twin beds. Staffs are helpful and always smiling. Not much of bayfront views unless you go to the highest floor for a sumptious breakfast.

The butler service is excellent! Morning call, you can ask for free coffee or tea... Room is extremely clean....

We stayed on Dec. 4-5, 2010 for our wedding. The staff and crew are very accommodating and nice. The service is very good. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is spacious as well and very clean. The internet access is fast, the complimentary drinks (we took calamansi juice) is very refreshing.

Excellent : - butler service hotel! - very competence hotel reception - very nice and spacious room - very comfortable bed Amazing service level whereby they provide below service : - Morning wakeup call plus room service coffee or tea for the morning wake up call for (free of charge)
