Arrived at 0500 having emailed the hotel to expect us coming from Sapa in the overnight train. The hotel was immaculate and marble featured every where. Our room was nice and quiet and so zero noise. Nice room and bathroom. Great value for money. 60,000 Dong (£2.00) will take you into the old quarter. The view over the lake is lovely and the sheraton hotel is beside it. Staff very helpful and nothing was a problem. highly recommend this place as a base.
