Had a wonderful time. Room and hotel was very clean and lived up to the descriptions on the web page. Would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

We were first given the wrong room. We had booked the Palms Place and they booked us into the Palms Casino. The desk made us feel that we didn't belong at the resort and were very short with us. We paid a lot of money for this trip and would have been happier with a hotel on the strip such as the MGM, Bellagio, Caesars Palace which were comparable in price and a lot closer to the action. We had to drive every where from the Palms Resort.

Modern and elegant design, separate from palms casino. Location is not the best. But the vaule is unbeatable ! My husband was very surprised of the room when he was entering ! We've stayed in palazzo, bellago, hollywood before, PLAM PLACE is the best !! Oh, should I mention that the 1 bedroom suite has 3 shower heads in the shower room. :)

The room and staff were great. It was also nice to have a private entrance to the tower away from the casino floor.

The Palms Place, I think, is better than the Palms. They are studio apartments with VERY comfortable beds and the pull out queen sofa is just as comfortable. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The only thing that I was disapointed about was the balconys are now locked. LAME. I wish they had a shuttle to the strip, as the taxi cabs are about $15 one way. They have good clubs and restaurants, and the pool is fantastic!

First time staying at the palms. Got a great rate via orbitz and locked in. Was only there for the night. Room was great size and very trendy. Did show some signs of wear and tear that could've been addressed. Staff was friendly for the most part and being young, I like the vibe and the current music. One thing I noticed the following day when I woke up was the room was extremely dusty. Don't know if this is a housekeeping issue or ventilation issue. All in all good stay and would return.

Thank you so much the hotel and staff were top notch! Love to come back again and I also will be getting my price assurance of $251.7 just as you promished in a few weeks too!! I WILL Orbitz again in the future but I will not buy the Dine4Less card ever again because any place I went they did accept. Overall my experience was wonderful.

I selected this hotel based on a very positive prior stay. Great when you're in Vegas for business only, as there are no casino distractions. However, unbeknownst to me since my prior visit, the Palms has now tacked on a $15/day "resort fee." As my assistant made my reservation, I was unaware of this additional fee until I checked out. I stayed at the Palms for a little over 30 hours (arrived after midnight for "1st night"), and was presented with resort fees of $30 plus tax. This leaves a very bad taste in one's mouth! Furthermore, after checking with my assistant, the additional fees were not openly disclosed on my hotel confirmation information. She had to click on several links to even find out there would be an additional cost. Meanwhile, if the Palms has decided to assess additional "resort fees" to their patrons (which apparently include up to $20 in beverages per day), it would be extremely beneficial if front desk staff would bring this to the customer's attention upon checking in. This is a fine hotel with a dismaying new policy.

My girlfriend and I were there with three other couples dining, partying and gambling. The Palms is great for all three. The Palms Place is located on the same property as The Palms, connected by a walkway called the Skywalk. The standard room at Palms Place is a Suite and it was outstanding. Roomy and comfortable with an outstanding view of the strip. The staff at the hotel is some of the best that I have witnessed. The food at the hotel is also great, but the service was poor. As far as the nightlife, you don't even have to leave the hotel. Some of the coolest clubs in Vegas are located in the Palms. As far as gambling, the casino itself is a little smaller than your typical Vegas casino. My only gripe is that they eliminated their Let It Ride table. Overall I plan to stay there everytime I go out to Vegas!

We booked a room at the Palms, it was $99 and thought it would be a regular looking room, we got to the hotel, stood in line and an employee took us to the front desk, checked us in, we went to our room only to discover an amazing suite with a kitchen, bath tub, rainfall shower balcony, a king size bed and sofa bed with 2 flat screen TV's AMAZING stay at the Palms, they also gave us a $20 drink coupon to use at any bar. I highly recommend the Palms to anyone

The Tub (spa) in the main room started to turn on every 30 minutes at 1 AM waking us up constantly. The respond from the hotel was ok.. The Continental breakfast that consisted of 3 croissants and two muffins took about 30 minutes (plus 15 minutes for seating)

The package included ""Book a stay at Palms Place between April 11 and December 31, 2011, and receive Continental Breakfast for Two People per Day! No minimum night stay required, offer good on Package or Hotel-Only bookings. "" - NOT HONORED at hotel

Went to Vegas with a group of 25 girls. Booked the hotel 2 months before the trip. Called twice before going and confirmed that the hotel where [...]was suppose to have booked us never received our reservation. Called again 4 days before leaving and [...]assured they had sent everything to the hotel. Arrived at the Palms Place hotel at 10:30 pm, tired and had to go through what I was already expecting, no reservation at the hotel. At the check in they informed that the room type booked was fully booked and in order to stay at the same tower along with all the other girlfriends we were forced to pay an $50 in order for them to upgrade our room which they should have just upgraded us free of charge. Very upsetting as we had to go through this uncomfortable situation. [...]

Love the size of the suite. The bed was comfortable and the shower is really cool. I've stayed here before mainly on business but if I happen to return for personal reasons/vacation, I would definitely love to stay here on a romantic getaway. All around a great stay!

The Palms Place is OK, which is kind of a shame, as I was looking forward to a luxurious experience. The rooms seemed dirty (stains on the pillows and the walls), and very beaten up. My friends changed rooms three times, after their toilet stopped working. The room they finally ended up in was also full of broken objects, and ripped and stained furniture. After a few drinks and with dimmed lights everything seemed okay though!! If you're looking to party, we had a ton of fun at the Ghostbar, and Moon. With free cover for guests on weeknights. Also Ditch Fridays at the Palms Casino Pool was a really good time. Being off the strip was a bit of a pain, but not the end of the world, especially considering there's lot of good partying to be done right there. All together, it looks like it was a beautiful hotel a few years ago (I know things age quickly in Vegas), and I had a ton of fun staying there, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Definitely a party hotel for the younger crowd. I did enjoy it not being a part of the strip hotel string with the smoke fulled facilities.
