Good low price (2 star) hotel in old downtown part of Manila, but walking distance to parks and shopping mall.

We always stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in Manila.

The swimming pool was closed, and I could not use it. The room was clean, but I found a few cockroaches. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located at a super convenient location, but surrounded by busy streets and traffic, and a little noisy. Excellent value for money. Overall, very satisfactory for the price I paid. Recommended for value-conscious customers.

The hotel was about average for the price in that area of Manila, that is the price paid through asiahotels.com, however if going by the price quoted on the hotels own web page it would be grossly over priced. Rooms were average but the location was just right for me.
