Amazing hotel and well trained courteous staff. We stayed one day to experience the Palazzo Versace and absolutely loved it. Excellent establishment, great food and magnificent service, we will definitely return to the Palazzo Versace in the future.

This place is truely 5 star, unlike many Australian hotels claiming 5 star... We had a small issue with our room at first, but they eventually sorted it out so we were happy with the new room. The food is AMAZING here. The hotel staff are happy (which I think is rare). Everyone wants you to enjoy your stay and they ensure this happens. We will def. be going back!

I was extremely pleased from the moment i walked into the lobby, till the moment I left. the staff all smiled and seemed pleased in making our stay wonderful.

Great service and beautiful surrounds. Had a lovely romantic holiday. Would highly recommend for a special occasion. Buffet breakfast in Il Barocco was great too. The only downside was the valet parking cost $30 so we parked ourselves under the hotel. It ruined the charm a bit walking through the ugly carpark past all the old furniture and bits but not a deal breaker.
