Really an amazing hotel from all aspects! Together with the Venetian, what more can you want? Can't wait to return! If there is one thing that we can complain about, there was a 40 minute wait with every room service order and a very long wait for a bell boy to collect our luggage from the room on check out, but I think we could live with that!

This hotel could not get any better. Everything was amazing. The staff, the upgrade, the room size, the pools, the atmosphere and the fact that if you wanted to, you didn't even need to leave the hotel. What more could you want. The only reason I gave a four star to room cleanliness was because if I was going to be picky on anything (which realistically I would never complain about this) there was some dirt and hair in the bathtub, but who cares. Would stay back here anytime.

My partner and I stayed at the Palazzo, Las Vegas. We arrived early evening and there were no lines at the check in counter. We stayed for 8 nights. Weekends are busy, week days quiet. Rooms are large and luxurious. Bathroom huge, 2 sinks, bath huge. We payed extra for the luxury stay including the use of the 23 floor. this included breakfast and late arvo snacks. Jury is out on whether it was worth it. The North end of the strip was definitely High end and that was what we were looking for. Check out was at 11.00 am and wasn't too busy.

This Hotel was very special with a great location on the strip, sensational suite and free parking. Only criticism is that the in room refrigerator could not be emptied for private use and there was no tea or coffee making facility in the room.

Everything was great. Excellent view, perfect shopping, awesome places to eat (except Cut, avoid that place like the plague). Room was large, space to spread out, quiet and clean. Housekeeping staff were on the ball and did a wonderful job, valet was quick and friendly, the entire hotel staff was really good. Will be back!

Hotel was nice, clean, check in staff were very knowledgeable. They provided you with great coupons at check in that i recommend looking through and using throughout the stay. Morel's which is a fabulous place to dine has an excellent brunch :) Overall a great hotel.

My wife and I had a great experience here. I purchased the luxury view suite - we were on the 44th floor overlooking the Venetian and the Strip. We rented a car and used the self-parking, which was easier than I could have ever imagined. Definitely recommend!

My daughter and I stayed at the Palazzo after New Years to relax. The room was very spacious and the bedding very nice. We asked for a few of the amenities that were not present, like a shower cap etc, and the maid was so kind and really stocked up everything for us the next day. All staff was very friendly. We used the pool on the 3rd floor each day for a little sunshine and break. It was very clean and lots of chairs and pleasant staff. The casino was the least smoky of all we visited and the Lux restaurant in the lobby provided affordable meals. All in all a great stay and would stay at the Palazzo again.

It is a bit off the central of the strip. Thye service is great, and the tidiness is real good. The casino is spacious, The only drwaback is a bit too far away from the central of the Strip

Great location, unbelievably big and luxurious room. Great mini vacation! Very cheap at this time of year for a 5 star stay!

An excellent experience. However, I believe the hotel is rather too expensive even considering the room size, facilities, location etc. Strange that even tea/coffe facility is absent in the room even when the romm is so expensive - USD 400 per night!

This was our second time staying at the Palazzo. One of my favorite things about Las Vegas is that you can stay in a 5-star hotel for a pretty reasonable price (compared to other cities), so we like to take advantage of that everytime we visit. Although there are a couple 5-star hotels on the Strip that are a little newer (the Palazzo opened in 2007), we prefer the Palazzo due to it's HUGE rooms and location. Each room has it's own living room area, with an L-shaped couch, desk, and dining table. There are 3 TVs in total (one in the living room area, one in the bedroom area, and one in the bathroom). The casino is nice. Although smoking is still legal in Vegas, it smells like Downy everywhere you go. :) The location is great - toward the middle of the Strip. There are tons of shops and restaurants located in the hotel, and you can connect directly to those in the Venetian as well. They also have GORGEOUS pools (with lounge chairs actually in the pool), although we couldn't use them this time since it was December.

We enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Resort Hotel. My only complain was that our queen bed was to soft. I kept rolling in the center of the bed.

We booked this hotel originally because the 2-queen bed suites are great for a lot of people to share a room. To our surprise we got upgraded at check in to a huge suite on the penthouse floor! Obviously this doesn't happen often, but it made our stay that much more enjoyable!

When all variables are considered among hotels in Vegas, Palazzo really can't be beat. No other hotel delivers more luxury and value. That is my opinion based on many years visiting all of the top resorts in LV. I hope this helps.
