The hotel has a historical building and is somewhat flattered as well as limited by this. It would benefit from major refurbishing of rooms.

Would have liked a hot water jug and an iron in the room, otherwise a very good hotel.

Cool, pleasant and spacious. I've described service as 'bad' because the reception area was invariably manned by grumpy individuals who did not even look up as you passed. Reception staff were unwelcoming, unhelpful and generally behaved as if all they were interested in was their next smoking break on the pavement outside. Coffee bar was simple but welcoming. Self-service restaurant not open in the evenings.

Fantastic building in an excellent location, very close to the city centre either walking or a short ride on the tram. Highly recommended!!
