This hotel has clean rooms which are big with a nice bath area. The only problem I had was that I accidentally left a neckless in the room on the dresser and the housekeeping server did not turn it in to lost and found. I probably will not stay there again because I don't trust them.

This hotel Is a nice , clean, friendly staff. It is not right at the strip like 1 mile away but its ok if u want to be a lil out of the strip . There is a lot of restaurants and stores around it is very local! DO NOT stay in the courtyard rooms they are so dirty and nasty. Stay in the tower rooms! The casino is good and the pool is kinda small but it is nice . They give free cribs!!

This has been the worst experience i have ever had with any hotel in vegas. We arrived there on memorial day weekend and as soon as we got into the hotel, my elderly mother tripped down the stairs and fell on her face in the reception area. Keep in mind this is a senior citizen who looked seriously in need of some assistance. A few of the customers ran over to make sure she is okay while the staff just stood there and looked at her. Not one staff member even asked if she was in need of some medical assistance or if she was okay. after all that was said and done, we got a room that was in the back of the hotel on the second floor. they do not have elevators nor are there rooms clean. the valet staff was rude and overall everything was just horrible.

THE HOTEL DID OFFER A SHUTTLE TO, AND FROM THE AIRPORT WHICH WAS CONVENIENT. THE RESORT FEES WERE EXCESSIVE AS AMMENITIES WERE MINIMAL. FOR $15 A DAY THEY SHOULD AT LEAST PROVIDE AN IN ROOM COFFEE SERVICE

Well if you want to get away from all the noise but still be a short shuttle drive close to the action I would stay here. Nice places to eat 24/7. Fast service with anything I needed. I give it two thumbs up.

When checking in, I was reminded about their $18 resort fee I had to pay on top of the quoted rate. It's a shame, never used anything they offered & still had to pay $6 a night for internet! Just give us a fair total cost! The clerk then said the room our reservation was for wasn't very good and that he could upgrade me to a renovated room in the tower for "only" $10 a night. I reluctantly agreed as didn't want a bad room. Room was OK, but hated paying another extra charge!

The staff was (as usual) very friendly and helpful. This is my 5th stay at a Palace property and I have yet to be disappointed. We stayed in a tower room that was clean and inviting. Over our 4 day stay we ate at the hotel a number of times and the food was excellent. On our departure the front desk staff printed my boarding passes for our airline and processed us in under 5 minutes for our check out. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Checking in could have been better. Was not made aware of the $15 resort fee when booking , was only in need of a bed not aminities I didn't want or use , Room and casino was really nice but was sold on it being less than a mile from city center, seemed more than a mile. Perfect if you don't want to be on the strip or downtown

It is a little far from strip, but can't beat teh price. The additional hotel fee of $16 is high though

We stayed a couple of nights right after New Years and were pleasantly surprised at how well the staff, tower rooms, and amenities were. The Feast Buffet was great too with plenty to choose from and friendly servers too. Yes, we would recommend this hotel to anyone not determined to stay right on the strip.

It wasn't the nicest place I've stayed. The bed in our room was comparable to sleeping on a mat, but it was clean. The food was awesome everywhere we went.

It may be that we had seen poor quality due the new year period (the hotel was fully booked), but expecting something else from the price, we were complete disappointed. We are not coming back to this hotel. Motel 6 has better room quality (very clean) and the price is 3 times less. The rest is normal for 3 start hotel, nothing special. Note: the change for services (must) that are not useful!!!

Stayed here for one night in a Tower room. It's fairly new and cleaned. I like it. Pro: * Nice lobby and front desk. * Short check-in line * Friendly front desk staff * Clean new/remodeled room * Off the main strip and near freeway - easy access: you'll save 30 to 60 minutes along trying to get into the hotel and find parking. * Resort fee includes free wifi and airport shuttle. * Nice large flat panel TV properly placed in front of the beds. Con: * Resort fee is a bit expensive and can't be waived. * Offer discount/corporate if visiting local hospital. * Room has a desk, but no accessible electrical outlet! The only accessible outlet is next to the bed. * Free shuttle bus to airport starts at 6am. So, it not useful if you're flight is earlier than 9am. * Free wifi is included in the resort fee, but you'll still get an alert on paying a basic access fee - called front desk and was told to ignore it and won't be charged.

I got a great deal, or so I thought on Palace Staion's garden/courtyard room for $12 per night. That's right $12. Well I definitely got what I paid for. The room was just a room, with 2 double beds, and a bathroom with only a shower and a leaking sink. The room was clean however it needed some attention in the form of renovation. The window drapes fell over the ac/heater causing the drapes to billow out like a hot air ballon. So because the room was so small the "hot air ballon" filled about 1/3 of the room. The best thing about this room was the location to the strip otherwise, I should have paid more to stay in the towers. If I were 21 again without 2 kids and a 6'2" 250lb. husband this room would have been perfect.

The price of $12.99 for each room is okay, but the bathroom has really small space to take a shower. The charges for the location services is $16.99 is very confusing because the total price is too high. And the actually price for a room is maybe about $30.00 for each room in one night.
