"Taxi could not drive near hotel, so was small difficulties to find main door. "

"Great service - we were not due to book in until 12 noon but arrived at 9.30am and our room was ready and waiting which meant we could leave our bags and get on with sightseeing. On our last day we were able to leave our bags in a secure area until we left to catch our plane home so again enabling us to continue exploring Madrid until the last minute without heavy luggage. A good selection at breakfast as well."

"Well located near the animated center. However, avoid if you intend to have quiet nights. The hotel itself is quiet , but in the street, animation guaranteed all night ! Nice people, always ready to respond to your requests. Well equiped room, with massage showers and free internet access. "
