Palace Hotel San Francisco Guest Reviews
I stayed 2 days here and had a wonderful time. The Holiday Tea was elegant, the staff very attentive and the location perfect for Muni or BART to get around town.

Perfect location, but the hotel facilities are disappointed. The worst experience was you woke up in the midnight by an incredilly loud noise when your nabour was taking a shower. when he/she turned off the water, it gave you a sound of explosion. Believe me, I'm not exaggering! I just coundn't figure out what made that unusual sound. The other thing I want to mention is that we had a room for two, but only one bottle of complementary water was provided everyday.

I love how it is historic and yet still remains a contender with any modern hotel. Gorgeous! I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. unfortunately i got to my room and the toilet was dirty so I called and they quickly remedy the situation. The room was comfortable and clean.

The overall experience was good. Nice architecture details. However , the check-in process need some improvement, it took too long .
