Great reasonably priced motel - the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff gave good tips on what to do at Paihia.

Great because it was off the main street, so it was private, but yet it was in walking distance to everything. Reception and owners very friendly, and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, Karen,Stuart and all the staff could not have been more helpful, we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Paihia Pacific Resort Hotel as a base for all your touring needs, and also to try the Stonegrill menu (its a must)

Warm and friendly welcome, we are a family of two adults and two children, the room was spacious and clean. We only ate in the Restaurant for breakfast (included in rate)- again this was very clean and the service was friendly. Definately recommended.
