For the price you pay, this hotel is considered a gem in the Old Quarters. Rooms are very clean & spacious. It's in the heart of the shopping areas & a 1 way transfer to/from airport is thrown in for free.

Good budget hotel. Clean and comfortable with a central location. Just mind the noise if getting a room fronting the road intersection. Helpful desk staff. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately the staff at Pacific Prince did not & would not present me with an itemised bill, and I was substantially overcharged - a figure which the attendant eventually agreed was an error 100,000 dong (25% of the bill for 2 nights) in his favour. I believe the final total we agreed upon still included a substantial 'tip' for him. Apart from that (which is a very unpleasant end to a stay in a hotel) all was fine.
