We have spent a few days in this hotel post cruise.The staff was pleasant and helpful .Continental breakfast sufficient. Hotel is close to train station, and the airoprt so bit too noisy. One can get a good rest at night from 2330- 0700

We are requesting a refund. The noise and activity in the room next to us kept us awake from 2:00am - 5:45am and we had to get up at 6:00am to get our flight. The people woke us up around 2:00am when they came in with loud shutting of doors. They talked continually with occasional loud laughing and/or arguing. At 4:00am they and maybe others went out and were talking loudly. We called the front desk and they responded and threatened them with calling the police. they went back into the room and continued talking and other things until 5:45am. It was a very tiring and unpleasant night.

We loved this place... mainly because the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room didn't have a fridge or coffee maker which didn't bother us at all but may some people. Once again I have no doubt if we'd mentioned it to the receptionist she would have gone out of her way to get them for us/ or move rooms. We were very impressed with the continental breakfast served in the lobby each morning... yummy freshly made waffles!! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this Hotel. Very nice and very affordable, the trolley line is just a block away and we were given maps ( with highlighed directions ) to anywhere we asked directions for!

During my 4 night stay I thought the hotel was great. The bathroom was very clean and renovated. The staff where also very good. The waffle breakfast was also a great start to my day. The only complaint I would have is the hotel backs the railroad tracks and every night I was woken up by the train horns that felt like they where coming through my room.

hotel stated they where near gas lamp area this area was approx 30min walk , good location for harbour tours ,very noisy rooms due to rail track 30m from the back of the hotel be prepare to get woke up from 6.30am with the noise. staff very helpful and breakfast was nice
