Good hotel. Shame the pool was out of action due to building works.

Couldn't fault the room, spacious and well appointed and the bed super comfy. The hotel is in a good position, not too far from both shops and airport. Staff helpful, though a bit distant at the desk, however it was nearly midnight when we checked in. It's not the cheapest place in the city, and everything bought in house is very expensive, as is most of Singapore these days. We did enjoy our 1 am fish and chips from room service , brought up with a smile and probably the cheapest meal available. Would definitely go again.

We only stayed here for one night, at the start of our Singapore holiday last weekend. As we did not need room with many facilities and we arrived in Singapore in the late evening (just an overnight stay before moving to MBS), this hotel is sufficient enough. Not a far walk to Suntec City Mall, although some areas are "under construction".

The rooms are a decent size compared with some modern hotels but they are in need of renovation. The location of the hotel is not convenient for the MRT. I stayed there twice and on both occasions asked for a double bed which was denied.

a little pricey for what they were offering. Look into Traders hotel, Copthorne Kings, Swisshotel merchant court.

Stayed for six nights in June 2011. The ParkRoyal was a great place to stay. Rooms are big and well appointed. Complimentary WiFi is a bonus. Very clean and well looked after. In-house restaurants are very good and are good value. Good location and very easy to get around. Recomend it. Only one drawback - a little expensive, although it was worth it.

Had to book this hotel at short notice after our flight was cancelled. Had a very comfortable stay. We had to leave very early the next morning for our flight and could not make breakfast but wonderful staff arranged a take out breakfast to be delivered to our room. Would def stay here again!

Great courteous service. Excellent location on Beach Road ( Raffles ). Easy walk to Orchard Road. Great pool on level 4. Comfortable and clean. In house eating is ordinary and costs too much for what it is. Especially breakfast - it is expensive for a very uninteresting and limited variety of foods. Rooms on the rear side of the hotel had some noticeable mechanical hum ( air con, pool pump ? ). Front side room, lower floors might be better. Otherwise a really excellent place.

A good and clean hotel to stay for a short break for business travellers. Room is big and comfortable with good in-room facilities, should be more than 4 star rating but claimed only at 4 star. The common room rate is above S$ 300+ but I managed to grab a good last minute deal from [your website]. Will stay in this hotel again if possible.

The hotel is o.k.. However to expensive, considering the rate has increased 400% in 5 years. The executive rooms are well appointed and the facility is good. Location: Public transport at doorstep.

A very plain hotel with not much to recommend it. Got ripped off grandly during a Singapore busy period (S$490 for a twin, plus S$56 for two uninspiring breakfasts). Small uncomfortable beds. Will not be back unless I have to - there are far better hotels for the same general price.

I stayed for three nights and the check in process was quick and efficient. We were upgraded from standard to Deluxe!! The rooms are cosy and such a delight. The service especially from the Conceige Section was great. They had been helpful throughtout our stays in the hotel from keeping our heavy luggage in their storerooms, giving out information and calling the cabs for us. All in all, it has been a wonderful stay with Parkroyal. Malay food can be easily obtained from Arab Street and its a nice delight when we discover Arab Street which is just across the street from the hotel.
