Excellent flawless stay. King superior corner room was beautiful. Couldn't fault the staff nor the room. Definitely the best pick of all Parramatta area hotels.

Great treatment at every point of contact within the hotel. Breakfast staff exceptional on Sunday morning. The lifts we a bit slow due to maintenance on one. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Important to get a package that covers the cost of parking. Staff were very friendly but a little bit slow at both check in and check out. Overall, a positive experience.
