Overlook Lodge At Bear Mountain Inn Guest Reviews
It's an adventure for us. First, it's a little bit hard to find after dark, no lights at road entering to the hotel, took us about half hour drove around before finally found the hotel lobby. Second, when we registering, the clerk could not find my reservation in their system. After showing the reservation email, the clerk gave us 2 cabin rooms without WIFI(I booked 2 stardard main buiding rooms). We drove to the packing lot, and tried to find to room, but it's kind of scary, no light at all and could not see the walking path. We spent about 20 minutes but still could not find the room, had to come back to ask the clerk's help. The kind clerk helped us find the room, but there are so many bugs flying around and dog in next door keep barking. We decided not to stay in the cabin, so ask the clerk if any room available in the main building. The clerk told us only one room available, we had to wait until 11pm when the manager showed up to find another room with wet carpet due to the AC problem for us. Finally, we settled in 2 rooms in the main building. The rooms in the main building are nice, clean, and comfortable. The view from main lobby in the morning was nice.
