Their was a group of about 30 of us that flew into Kona/Big Island for my son wedding. Everyone love the the hotel, and the staff was great.

Overall it was a good place to stay, very central to everything on the Kona Coast, but far enough away from the main hotels to be a little bit quieter. The condo we stayed in was quite outdated and in need of a good renovation, but had a wide range of facilities and a full kitchen. Overall 3.5 stars.

Air conditioning unit was very noisy especially when trying to sleep.This has been reported since 2006 according to guest book in the room. Curtains needed repairing or replacing and had to be held together with pins even after reporting to the hotel staff who tried to fix them without success.

A very pleasant condo at the back of the complex. Quiet with excellent facilities in the room. Like staying in your own flat. Modern and clean. Surrounded by gardens and a walk to a very busy tourist beach area. 200MILES to the volcanoes national park. I must say that I found this an unattractive island and went there to see the park. Was very disappointed. However, the accommodation was excellent and all you could want.
