Location
Just 14 kilometres from Honolulu International Airport, the Luana Waikiki is just down the beach a mere 1.6 kilometres to the 500-acre Kapiolani Park. This park is home to attractions like Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium.

Outrigger Luana Waikiki Guest Reviews
I've stayed here about 5 or 6 times prior. Can't beat the location access to Honolulu city, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and Waikiki Beach proper. If you're a walker like me, the location is perfect for Kalakaua Ave. access (the main avenue that parallels Waikiki Beach), for window shopping, restaurants, and world famous Waikiki beach. Staying any closer to the "hub" of Waikiki proper can be a bit too crowded. The hotel is quiet, well maintained, staff is friendly and welcoming. Has a small pool area, laundry facilities. Free PC internet use and free travel doc printing is a plus. My only eye-opener is the $25.00/night valet only parking (includes in/out usage). However, having used their very narrow parking garage on prior visits, I can tell you that having them do the parking and retrieving of your car is worth it. In-room safe a plus.

The hotel is in a good location, close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The partial ocean view is amazing I can only imagine a ocean view. The resturant in the hotel has amazing breakfast. Would stay there again. Only downside is parking is pricey if you have a car to park.

I really don't have any bad remarks, the staff was outstanding, the activity staff did a great job setting up tours for me and my wife. Again we would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff friendly and hotel was in nice shape. The room was clean and large and it has a flat screen TV. Within a short walking distance of really expensive hotels on Waikiki. The only stragne thing about the room was that it was all tile.....no carpet at all. All around a good deal.
